Luckora Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Luckora iOS app and this website handle information.
Luckora does not require users to create an account. Lottery picks and saved data may be stored locally on your device. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Luckora does not sell personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Luckora does not require users to create an account. The app does not operate a user account database and does not send lottery picks, saved tickets, or number preferences to a Luckora server. The app does not include analytics or advertising SDKs.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Saved lottery picks, lucky-number sets, and app preferences may be stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage. This information remains under your control and is not synced to a Luckora account or uploaded by Luckora. You can remove saved items in the app or delete the app from your device.
3. Purchase Information
Luckora Pro is a non-consumable, one-time lifetime purchase offered through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction and provides the app with the purchase entitlement needed to unlock Pro. Luckora does not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. How We Use Information
The app uses locally stored picks and preferences to provide number generation, display saved items, and personalize on-device Pro analysis. Luckora does not use this information for profiling on a server, targeted advertising, or sale.
5. Data Sharing
Luckora does not sell personal information. The app does not share saved picks or preferences with Luckora or other parties. Apple processes App Store purchases and may process diagnostics or transaction information under Apple’s own policies.
6. Third-Party Services
The iOS app uses Apple StoreKit and the App Store for product information, purchase processing, transaction verification, and purchase restoration. Luckora does not currently use Firebase, an analytics provider, an advertising network, or an external AI API. If third-party SDKs or services are added later, this policy will be updated before those changes are used.
7. Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in Luckora or remove the app, subject to iOS storage behavior and device backups controlled by you. Apple retains purchase records according to Apple’s policies. When you visit this static website, the hosting server may process basic connection information in routine server logs; those logs are separate from app data and are managed under the hosting configuration.
8. Children’s Privacy
Luckora does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is not designed for children, and lottery participation is subject to the minimum age and other laws where you live.
9. Security
Luckora minimizes data handling by keeping saved picks and preferences on your device. You are responsible for securing access to your device and any device backups. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your Choices
You can use the app without creating an account. You can delete saved picks and preferences in the app, stop using the app, or remove it from your device. Purchases and purchase restoration are managed through your Apple account and Apple’s App Store controls.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If Luckora’s data practices change, this page will be revised to describe those changes. The updated date will be shown below. Material changes will also be communicated through an appropriate app or website notice.
